DEAR CUSTOMERS,

In order to give you the best experience, we kindly ask our guests to follow our studio guidelines.

 

PAYMENT/ DEPOSIT

  • A credit card is required to book any lash services and full-face threading services or any services that is over $50 at the time of booking online or through the phone to secure your appointment.

  • A non-refundable $40 DEPOSIT is required when making appointments for services like full face threading, Lash Lift and lash Tint. 

  • Gratuity accepted in Cash.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Any last-minute changes including last minute rescheduling, Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service.

  • All cancellations online and in-studio must be done by phone call only.

In the event of more than two canceled appointments, no-shows or late arrivals, THE BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to stop providing services.​

GUEST POLICY

  • During LASH services, children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you're running late (within 15 minutes), please let us know ASAP by calling 617-232-1294. We will try our best to use the remaining time to do what we can. Clients will be expected to pay the full-service fee of the appointment originally scheduled.

Showing up 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and will be charged 100% of the service price due to insufficient time to provide a quality service.  THE BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to CANCEL their appointment and debit the registered card.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be given under any circumstance as you are purchasing the lash techs time for application.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NO REFUND ON ALL SERVICES!

 

If you are not satisfied with your lash treatment, you have 3 DAYS to contact us and schedule a time to come in so we are able to assess the treatment or re do lashes. If you contact us after 3 DAYS, the redo price will be applied.

- Corrective lash lift appointments must be booked within two weeks of the original appointment.

 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS:

Allergic reactions are not common but can certainly happen without warning. If this event unfortunately happens, we ask that you please contact us and your medical care within 24 hours of noticing symptoms. Symptoms include swelling, itching, redness, around the eye area. While we are not allowed to give medical advice concerning such reactions.
